Performance Measurement
All Pristine personnel are performance measured at three Monthly progress
meetings with their immediate superiors, to establish objectives,
and to measure achievements, strengths and weaknesses, and to Identify
training needs, or skills that require developing.

of management to ensure that we continue to meet our customers explicit
needs, address contentious issues, provide service flexibility,
and a continuous evaluation of our mutual objectives.

records are maintained to Facilitate collation of information, and
ensure that the customer is kept abreast of all issues on a daily
