| The infrastructure consists of an Operations Director,
Business Development Director, Finance Manager, Senior Area Managers,
Area Managers, Office Manager, Area Supervisors, Mobile Cleaners and
Cleaning Operatives.
We have a measured reporting structure based upon all contracts
being inspected by the Area Manager or Area Supervisor. Documentation
of this is provided to confirm a complete inspection has been carried
out with the cleaners on site at regular intervals.

As an essential part of liaison, customers are asked
to sign a monthly satisfaction sheet. We are happy to walk the site
with the client at this time. All Area
Managers are rewarded for a job well done by receiving a bonus based
upon client satisfaction. This commitment to achieving total satisfaction
